We’ve been a little quiet this year… but we’re coming back together for a special Winter Solstice edition of Twilight Flow & Live Music. ✨❄️
Join us for an immersive evening of movement, live music, sound and connection at the beautiful Goolabri Estate, nestled on the edge of Canberra bushland.
The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, a time to slow down, turn inward, reflect, reset and gather in community. A moment to honour the darkness, while welcoming the gradual return of light.
Twilight Flow & Live Music is a unique experience blending powerful yoga inspired movement with live music and sound immersion.
We begin with a dynamic and grounding flow designed to challenge and awaken the body, before softening into slower movement, deep stretch and stillness. Throughout the evening, live musicians weave sound through the space as we move together.
