  • We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access to the website, or cancel bookings at any time for violations of these terms or disruptive behaviour at events.

  • We may update or modify content, offerings, or terms at any time without prior notice.

Participation & Personal Liability

  • Movement, Music & Medicine sessions include yoga, movement, and other physical activities. By participating in any event, class, or activity, you acknowledge that:

    • You do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

    • You are physically fit and capable of participating safely.

    • You will inform the facilitator of any relevant medical conditions or limitations before the session begins.

  • We are not responsible for any injury, illness, medical condition, or other damages (physical, emotional, or mental) sustained before, during, or after participation in our events, classes, or experiences.

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new physical activity or wellness routine.

 Intellectual Property & Creative Rights

  • All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, audio, videos, branding, and event descriptions, is the intellectual property of Movement, Music & Medicine, Kimberley Duignan, or collaborating artists unless otherwise credited.

  • This includes all photos, videos, recordings, and live performances captured during events. Usage of these materials in any way (including reproduction, distribution, publication, or display) is strictly prohibited without express written permission from the creators.

  • Collaborating musicians, photographers, and visual artists retain the rights to their original works, and any commercial use or public sharing of content involving them must also be approved by the respective creator.

  • You may not use our name, logo, event names (e.g., “Twilight Flow & Live Music”), or any associated content without prior written approval.

 

Changes to Offerings or Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of our offerings or events at any time. In the event of cancellation or significant change, you will be notified via the email provided at booking.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner. 

 

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).     

 

T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.

What to include in the T&C document
