We understand that life happens, and plans can change! Here's how we handle cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations & Refunds

Full Refund or Transfer: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the event, you are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

No Refunds Within 48 Hours: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time.

If We Cancel or Reschedule: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another upcoming event.
Third-Party Bookings (Venues, Studios, or Partner Organisations)
If you purchased your ticket through a third-party platform (such as a partner venue, gym, or external event site), please note:

All refund requests must be made directly to that organisation or business.

Movement, Music & Medicine does not process refunds for bookings made via external ticketing systems or host venues.
Please refer to the refund policy of the platform or venue you purchased your ticket from for further details.
How to Request a Refund
For bookings made directly through us:

Let us know whether you would like a refund or credit for a future session.
